Our research center is integrating into our principal practice location which is adjacent to the main campuses of western North Carolina's largest hospital system. The site is easily accessible and free covered parking is available on site. Our single specialty rheumatology practice evaluates over 2000 new patients for rheumatic conditions annually and recorded nearly 20,000 follow up visits in 2003. Our professional staff includes 5 Board certified rheumatologists, a Physician's Assistant and a Nurse Practitioner. We see patients from a wide geographic area that spans from the Tri-Cities area of Eastern Tennessee to Greenville, South Carolina and from northern Georgia to the Piedmont of North Carolina. Our full-service practice includes a CLIA certified central lab, full x-ray services, and bone densitometry employing a state of the art Hologic Discovery densitometer.
